Churro Station

Hi, we are Jazmin and Aaron. We moved to Birmingham, Alabama, from Mexico in 2019 for work, immediately fell in love with the city, and decided to make it home. We both have a sweet tooth, and one thing we missed the most from Mexico is the Churro. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, Churro is a delicacy consumed throughout the day in Mexico as breakfast with coffee, snack, dessert, or even as a full meal by itself. The more you eat, the more you want!

After a long hunt for a churro, we decided to make it ourselves using our most treasured family recipe and are now ready to share it with you through our Churro Station, making the south sweeter than it already is!

The name “Churro Station” draws inspiration from transportation hubs all over the world where people of different cultures cross paths. Many travelers find themselves waiting for their next journey, sometimes in a rush and with an empty stomach, craving something warm and comforting, just like our Churros. It’s where adventures begin…
